Business Without Boundaries is founded on a singular idea: every individual and every business has more potential than they are currently using. My role is to help leaders, entrepreneurs, and businesses discover this potential, develop this potential, and take this potential across every border that has ever been placed in their way.
I never started out to become a consultant. I started out with a sense of purpose I could not shake: I knew that Africa had more potential than it was using, and I knew this potential was in the people. I knew that the right strategy, training, and leadership could unlock what this resource is capable of at a scale never before seen.
I started my professional life in Computer Information Systems background. This perspective has never left me. It is the way I look at every business I work with and every leader I coach: not as something to be “fixed,” but as a system to be understood, enhanced, and maximized.
Credentials, Recognition & Achievement
Over the past twenty years I have worked across all 54 African countries, training and advising thousands of entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, and emerging leaders. I have partnered with the Mastercard Foundation, Ashoka Changemakers, the African Union, and development networks across the continent. I am a Vital Voices Fellow, an Ashoka Changemakers Scholar, a recipient of the Equal in Tech Award for Leadership in SME, and recognised by the WeForGood Network as one of 100 African Women Creating a Better Africa.
I am one of the few practitioners on this continent who has been championing AfCFTA business education since before it became a mainstream boardroom conversation — helping executives and entrepreneurs understand not just what the African Continental Free Trade Area means, but how to use it to build businesses that cross borders and compete at a continental and global level.
Through Business Without Boundaries I deliver executive leadership retreats, AfCFTA business readiness training, strategic planning masterclasses, executive coaching, consulting and advisory services, and brand and market representation across African markets. I am also the founder of the African ChangeMakers Initiative — a Pan-African platform serving youth, women, and girls across 54 countries through fellowship, mentorship, academy, awards, and community programmes — and Africa Volunteering Week, an annual continental platform mobilising African volunteers around social and economic development.
The work is not done. It is merely starting.
