It’s a privilege and honour to be among 22 great women who were featured as female leaders breaking bias in all aspect of life despite all ODDS. Awarded female achiever during International Women’s Day event organised by Julie Obi (Director of AESMP) in partnership with American Corner-Lagos, Boundless Hands Africa Initiative, and Roseline Initiative.
The Deputy Public Affairs Officer US Consulate, Nigeria was special guest who presented the certificate of awards.
Thank you so much for the recognition, I am super humbled and I am sharing this award recognition with all African women to draw inner strength from this award by turning lemon thrown at you as nobody to lemonade.
I am no different from you and was not born with a silver spoon. I am a single mom blessed with two boys (Twins).
I started Business Without Boundaries & African ChangeMakers Initiative at the lowest point in my life, when all odds were against me. You are BIGGER than what you are going through, your true value is inside of YOU. There is no MESSAGE without a MESS; there is no TESTIMONY without a TEST. There is no one that can be YOU, there is only one YOU in this life, be as YOU as possible, every other one trying to be YOU is FAKE.
I will not change AFRICANS for the World, but we will change the world for AFRICA.
