This week’s fellow of the week is Olutope (Topsie) Egbetokun from Nigeria. Topsie is the CEO of Business without Boundaries (BwB), providing leadership in order to jump-start companies, grow established businesses and reinvent and transform every aspect of human capacity development.

She is also the founder of the School of Business without Boundaries (SBwB), teaching people to think, act, and lead differently through a holistic approach to professional skills development training in business and career development. She has trained and mentored managers and executives in business start-up, growth and expansion.

Topsie is among the  Ashoka Changemakers Scholar, Cohort 2015. This scholarship honors individuals passionate about finding solutions to youth development in Africa.
