Business Without Boundaries exists because of one belief: every person and every organization has more potential than they are currently living. My job is to help you find it and build it.
I did not set out to create a consulting business. I set out with a problem that I could not ignore. After many years of working with organizations and seeing smart people leave the table with less than they brought, I knew that there had to be a better way to help people build — their businesses, their careers, their confidence, and their contribution to the world around them. This passion became Business Without Boundaries. I started my professional career in the United States at Medgar Evers College (CUNY) in New York, where I studied Computer Information Systems. This systems thinking background has never left me – it is how I view every business and every leader that I work with today: not as a problem to be solved, but as a system to be understood and improved. For the last two decades, I have worked with thousands of entrepreneurs, professionals, and emerging leaders across Africa. I have worked with the MasterCard Foundation, Ashoka Changemakers, Global VA Week, African Union Agenda, and development networks across all 54 African nations. I am a Vital Voices Fellow, Ashoka Changemakers Scholar, and a Top 100 African Women Creating a Better Africa. And now, as I embark on taking this work to a global scale, I am bringing with me the same philosophy that got me started all those years ago: that boundaries, whether geographical, financial, or psychological, are only as real as we are willing to make them. |

- I am hired as a retainer. Sometimes a business discovers that it can save thousands of money monthly by hiring me when they it needed, rather than hiring full-time employees.
- To act as a catalyst. Let’s face it. No one likes change, especially corporate organization. But sometimes change is needed, and we are brought into “let get the ball rolling.”
- To provide much-needed objectivity. Who else is more qualified to identify a problem than me- external auditor? Providing an objective, fresh viewpoint–without worrying about what people in the organization might think about the results and how it was achieved.
- We are hired to train & coach. Always asked to train employees different business, personal & professional skills, shows employees how to master a new program or tool and ready to train new client’s how they need to stay competitive.
- To shake-up or cut staff redundancy Let’s face it: No one wants to be the person who has to make cuts in staff or to fire an entire division or department.
- To bring new life to an organization. I come up with new ideas that work, and administer “first aid” to get things rolling again.
- To create a new business. I am expertise in small business and start-ups development. Not everyone, though, has the ability to conceive an idea and develop a game plan.
